Abraham’s Bargain with God

¹⁷ The Lord said, “Should I ·tell [^Lhide from] Abraham what I am going to do now? ¹⁸ ·Abraham’s children [^LAbraham] will certainly become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him [12:1–3].
